Okay, if this rumor is true, I'm kind of excited.
Though, I've always imagined Sinestro to be a bit more elegant than the characters Jackie Earle Haley's played so far, that doesn't necessarily mean he can't bring that out. And he does have that wiry badass thing going on.
Really, this movie keeps looking better and better.
I'm still hoping for a Guy Gardner cameo. :-)

Hey, now, that IS exciting! I'm finally starting to get hyped about this movie -- especially now that I've seen Ryan Reynolds in more films.
I hope the Superman cameo rumor ISN'T true though. Superman already gets plenty of screen time. It's Green Lantern's turn.

In the draft of the script I read, there's a scene where the ring, in looking for replacements, glides over a football field and we get a brief glimpse of a player with the name "GARDNER" on his jersey.

I'd rather see Reynolds playing Guy Garnder, because the 'tude is already there.
For Hal, I thought David Boreanz did great in DC New Frontier, but I figure they probably wanted someone younger.
