Need Recommendations

I'm currently in the mood for a really bad movie, preferably high fantasy in the most dreadful, cliched, campy or nonsensical manner possible.

So I'm seeking suggestions! What's your favorite awful fantasy movie?

Of course any of the Beastmaster series would fulfill that requirement, or Iron Warriors, or you could go animated and watch Fire and Ice... all those are terrible. I'm planning on watching something that is terrible and yet at the same time immensely watchable with the old Conan movies, to whet my appetite for the new one later this month.

Circle of Iron, In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, and of course Dungeons & Dragons. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Mazes & Monsters though

"Hawk the Slayer" featuring Jack Palance. "Krull".

    *checks dvd collection*

"Wizards", especially if you watch with the director's commentary and listen to Bakshi rant all crazy like against Disney...

And "Fire & Ice" isn't terrible. It has barbarians riding pterodactyls. How can that be terrible?

    Hercules and the Amazon Women

Also, does it have to be a fantasy? Because if you want abysmal, look no further than the Justice League of America movie from 97.

Attack of the Gryphon starring Amber Benson from Buffy TVS. Great film for the costumes, but the CGI is weak.

No one has said one of my favorite Fantasy movies, Red Sonja.

Sci Fi recommendation from me is Night of the Comet. I love this movie, it always aired on our former independent station for years. Cheesy by wonderful. Plus Zombie people!

Huh. I wish you'd said SF/Fantasy, because I could totally recommend the Rutger Hauer flick Split Second. I have a special fondness for that one.

Fantasy, though... Hmm. Most of the bad ones don't qualify for my idea of fun-bad, just bad-bad.
